Just when we thought we couldn’t top day one, we rolled into Wednesday which marked the beginning of the in-depth breakout sessions, consistently cited by all of YOU as the most valuable experiences you have at this conference. There were hundreds of breakout sessions that began on day two and will continue throughout the length of the event.
It was impossible to experience all of the 120,000+ square feet of technology demos available in The Zone in just day one alone, so attendees came back once more on day two to further explore and meet one-on-one with Hexagon tech experts who were available solely to help inquisitive minds better understand how the different technologies operate and how to best benefit from using each one. Attendees came with questions, and The Zone proved to be an excellent place to find the answers.
The roaming HxGN TV crew were spotted throughout the conference capturing stories about the different experiences so far including all of the excitement around the conference games – I hope you started playing one of the on-site activation games and contests!
As the day progressed, attendees joined specialised learning tracks focused on key areas within Hexagon. In day two’s breakout sessions, conference goers dug into customer-led case studies, training sessions, and technology certification courses run by esteemed industry experts and technology developers. These sessions ranged from introductory classes in new technologies to advanced learning in taking Hexagon’s solutions to the next level.
There were six scheduled track keynotes in day two that ran from morning until the end of the day. Thanks to HxGN SPOTLIGHT, our new content platform, all attendees will have access to that content to either review or to catch up on those conversations they weren’t able to see in person.
As the day came to close, there were more evening events planned by all of Hexagon’s tracks where attendees came to connect with fellow techies tackling similar challenges, share best practices, and develop new methods of thinking.
All in all, the conference has been an incredible experience and I look forward to more conversations with Hexagon partners and customers over meals in The Zone, meeting speakers after sessions, and networking during all the times in between.
Today is another big day with a Hexagon primetime evening event planned at the Venetian Hotel’s TAO Nightclub – see you there!
